We Love England – Social Media and Online Use Terms

1. Introduction

1.1 We Love England (referred to as “We Love England,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may, from time to time, contact social media users to seek permission to feature their content on our social media platforms, website, and marketing materials. These Terms of Use outline the standards we require when you grant us permission to use your content (“User Content”).

1.2 In these Terms of Use, “social media” refers to online platforms where users create and exchange content, such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and TikTok, among others. By replying to our request with the dedicated hashtag (e.g., #WLEFeature) or otherwise granting permission, you explicitly agree to these Terms of Use.

1.3 We may engage third-party service providers to help collect, curate, and display User Content for marketing, promotional, and business-related activities that support We Love England’s growth and monetization strategy.

1.4 We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Use without prior notice. Please review them before granting permission to feature your content.

2. User Content License

2.1 By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you (the “Licensor”) grant We Love England (the “Licensee”) a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, modify, reproduce, adapt, and distribute your User Content for the following purposes:

  • Organic Social Media Posts: Sharing your content in Instagram posts, stories, reels, Facebook posts, or other social media formats.

  • Monetized Social Media Posts: Your content may be used in revenue-generating activities on social media platforms, including, but not limited to, monetized posts, ads, sponsored campaigns, or promotional content.

2.2 You authorize We Love England to include your username, profile picture, likeness, location, or other identifying details where applicable when featuring your content.

2.3 We will always strive to credit your work by tagging or mentioning you when possible.

3. Representations and Warranties

By granting permission, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to the User Content.

• The content does not violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity.

• The content is free of defamatory, obscene, or unlawful material.

• You are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.
