We have three ensuite rooms, each very different in character.  We enjoy collecting original artwork, which can be found around the house.

Although based in a quiet, rural position we are within easy reach of several areas of interest.  The coast is just five miles away and the historic towns of Totnes and Dartmouth are also close at hand.  Dartmoor lies around 10 miles north-west of the house.  As keen walkers we have numerous walking books and maps, which we are happy to loan to guests.  The gardens and grounds are a particular feature of the property.  We are very keen on supporting the local wildlife so, as well as our herd of alpacas and flock of chickens, you are likely to see our resident hedgehogs and many other species.  During the summer months our totally private and secluded outdoor swimming pool is open to guests.
